What you are buying
Access to H2STREAM software features for one signed-in account. TikTok gifts/coins, a Minecraft license and guaranteed streaming earnings are not included. Free is a limited software tier, not a paid trial.
Activation after payment
Start the purchase from H2STREAM while signed in. Paddle handles the checkout as merchant of record. The server verifies payment before granting the plan. If a payment remains pending, click Buy Plan on the same plan to reopen that checkout. Cancel an unpaid checkout from Plan or Payment & Subscription.
Renewal & cancellation
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Yearly subscriptions are charged for the full year. Manage renewal and invoices in the account popup → Payment & Subscription. Cancellation normally keeps access until the paid period ends; it is separate from a refund.
Refund requests & plan changes
The current refund request window is shown above. Each purchase keeps its saved policy. Renewal/upgrade cases follow the policy attached to that invoice. The app currently supports upgrades to a higher tier; contact support for other plan or billing-cycle changes.
