Scope and current availability
This policy applies to real paid H2STREAM subscriptions. Sandbox test transactions do not represent real charges or cash refunds. Free access has no subscription charge to refund.
Standard request eligibility
For an initial paid subscription purchase, submit a refund request within the request window saved with that invoice, measured from the recorded payment time. The invoice must belong to your account and have a paid, unrefunded balance. Explain your reason so we can assess the request. Submitting a request starts a review; it does not automatically approve or execute a refund.
Eligibility for renewal and upgrade refund requests follows the policy saved with the invoice, as shown in the application. Contact support for review of duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, billing errors, failure to deliver paid access or other cases where a remedy may be required. Being outside the ordinary request window does not remove mandatory legal rights or the payment provider's authority.
How to request a review
Open the account popup in H2STREAM, choose Payment & Subscription, refresh the invoices and use Request refund where available. Alternatively, email h2stream.app@gmail.com with your H2STREAM account email, order/invoice reference, payment date and reason. Never send a password, full card number or bank-login credentials. If a request is already pending for an invoice, check its status rather than submitting duplicates.
We may ask for information needed to verify ownership and investigate the issue. We will communicate the review outcome and any approved amount. Support response and provider processing are separate; do not assume an on-screen pending request means money has already been returned.
Approved refunds and access
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and the payment method/provider used for the purchase. The time for funds to reach your payment method depends on Paddle and your bank or payment provider. Approved amounts cannot exceed the remaining refundable amount of the invoice. Full and partial refunds are recorded against the relevant payment.
A full refund removes the paid access funded by that payment, including an upgrade dependent on it. Renewal of the affected subscription is normally cancelled under the current configuration. If another valid paid entitlement remains, it determines the account's access; otherwise the account returns to Free. A partial refund does not automatically remove all paid access. Account reconciliation is confirmed after the provider notification is processed.
Cancellation is separate
Cancelling renewal prevents future renewal charges and normally leaves access until the end of the paid period. It does not itself refund an existing invoice. To prevent another charge, cancel before renewal even if a refund request is being reviewed.
Provider discretion and your rights
Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply to purchases through Paddle. Paddle may review discretionary refund requests submitted within 14 days of the transaction; submission does not guarantee approval. The shorter in-app request window described above does not limit Paddle's authority or mandatory consumer rights. You can also contact Paddle Buyer Support at paddle.net. Consumers may have additional withdrawal rights under applicable law, subject to lawful digital-product exceptions.
