Operator and scope

H2STREAM is operated by Nguyễn Huy Hoàng (H2_PRIME), an independent developer in Vietnam. Contact: h2stream.app@gmail.com. These terms cover use of our website, Windows application, account service and overlays. Use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement or have legally valid authorization to do so.

What H2STREAM provides

H2STREAM is Windows software for creators to map livestream events to configured actions, Minecraft commands, sounds and browser overlays. A paid plan purchases access to H2STREAM software features and limits. It does not purchase TikTok coins, gifts, followers, viewers, a Minecraft license or guaranteed livestream income. H2STREAM does not hold a wallet or pay cash prizes. Gacha selects configured in-game commands/actions and must not be used for cash or redeemable-prize gambling.

H2STREAM is Windows software with Free, Pro and Premium plans. Download the application from our website and start with Free. Paid subscriptions are purchased from a signed-in H2STREAM account. Sandbox test checkouts do not purchase real subscriptions.

Accounts and requirements

Sign in with a verified Google account and keep your account, device and overlay links secure. You are responsible for actions configured on your device/server and for backing up presets. An Internet connection is needed for sign-in, plan verification and cloud overlays. TikTok LIVE access, compatible streaming software and a compatible Minecraft/Java/PaperMC setup are needed for the integrations you choose. Third-party software and licenses are separate from H2STREAM.

Plans, price and delivery

Free, Pro and Premium feature limits are shown on Pricing and in the application. Free is a limited software tier, not a time-limited paid trial. Paid subscriptions may be monthly or yearly; a yearly price is charged for the whole year, not each month. Prices are displayed in USD; applicable taxes and the final amount are shown before payment. Review the price, billing interval and terms presented for your purchase.

Paddle is the merchant of record for purchases through its checkout. Its buyer terms also apply to those transactions. H2STREAM provides the software and support. Purchases started from a signed-in H2STREAM account are linked to that account. Plan access is granted after the server verifies payment, not merely because a browser returns to a success page. If payment is pending or your plan is not delivered, check Payment & Subscription in the account popup and contact support before repeating a purchase.

Renewal, cancellation and expiry

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at their stated monthly or yearly interval unless renewal is cancelled. Manage the subscription and invoices through the account popup's Payment & Subscription tab. If that option is unavailable, contact support for assistance. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent future charges. Cancellation normally keeps paid access until the displayed end of the paid period; it does not itself refund a previous payment. A refund is a separate request under the Refund Policy.

If renewal payment fails, the current system may provide a grace period for payment recovery under the server policy shown above. Access then returns to Free if no valid paid entitlement remains. When a plan expires or changes, features restricted by the new plan become unavailable and affected overlay options can return to their defaults. Existing presets and settings are not intentionally erased simply because a plan expires.

Upgrades and other plan changes

The current purchase flow permits upgrades to a higher tier. It does not provide a self-service downgrade or same-tier billing-cycle switch. Review the provider's amount and any confirmation required for an upgrade; do not assume the displayed full-plan price is the exact upgrade charge. Higher-tier access is confirmed after verified payment. Contact support about other changes. Material changes to purchased terms will be communicated as required; mandatory rights are not removed by a website update.

Acceptable use and ownership

Do not bypass access restrictions, share authentication tokens, attack services, misuse viewer information, distribute unlawful content or use the software for prohibited gambling. Upload or distribute only material you have the right to use. H2STREAM grants access to its software; it does not transfer ownership of the software or third-party content. You retain your rights in content you create and authorize the processing needed to deliver the features you use.

H2STREAM is an independent product and is not an official TikTok, Mojang or Microsoft product. Those names and related marks belong to their respective owners. Comply with the terms and rules of connected platforms and respect other people's rights. Integration availability can change when third-party services change.

Availability and disputes

Beta features may change or be temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific audience results or income. Test configurations before a stream and do not rely on automation for safety-critical use. We may restrict accounts for misuse or security reasons. Report billing, access or product problems to h2stream.app@gmail.com so they can be reviewed. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights or remedies; any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
